Carl Pearson has dedicated more than 25 years to helping people improve their lives, first as a chiropractor, and now as a retirement planner. After 22 years in healthcare and working with many athletes, from youth to The Ultimate Fighting Championships and Olympics, Carl realized he wanted to impact people’s lives in a new way: by helping them secure confident retirements and lasting wealth.
His own journey into financial services began with a desire to improve his family’s financial future. What started as self-directed trading evolved into a deeper understanding of economics, markets, and risk management through his friendship and mentorship with Mal Mason. Carl quickly saw that many hardworking families were “playing checkers” with their money, while the real game of wealth building required chess-level strategies. Inspired, he pivoted into financial planning and joined Iron Plan Solutions Group, where he now helps clients avoid hidden risks, maximize retirement income, and protect their legacies.
Carl specializes in 401(k) rollovers and comprehensive retirement strategies that provide clarity, confidence, and guaranteed income for life. His approach is simple: listen to each client’s goals, map out a clear path, and only move forward if it makes sense, never with pressure, but always with clarity.
Carl and his wife, Lizz, live in Gulf Breeze, Florida, with their two daughters, Savanna and Lily. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, his children’s sports and activities, fishing, working out, and cooking for friends and loved ones.
